1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mqq88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mqq88.org ("the Platform").

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services on mqq88, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each individual player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether in the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings accrued through duplicate accounts may be voided and any outstanding balance forfeited.

mqq88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank online banking, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional methods may be made available or removed at mqq88's discretion without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the banking section of your account dashboard. All currency amounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method legally owned and operated by the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, mqq88 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including falsified age or identity documents.
• Opening or using multiple accounts (collusion between accounts to abuse bonuses or manipulate outcomes).

9. Limitation of Liability

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation to do so.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements and the deduction of any amounts arising from Terms violations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC.
